Social Imagination Impairment in ASD: Implications for Intervention and Support

This workshop will explore the impact of the third area of the ‘Triad of Impairments’ in ASD, Social Imagination and Flexible Thinking.  Participants will be encouraged to consider different Psychological Theories impacting on the thinking styles of those with autism and how these impact on their social skills, communication, play and other aspects of development. Implications for intervention and support will be presented.
