This activity will commence on Friday 25 May 2018 and will run for 6 session(s) ending on Friday 29 June 2018. Each session will begin at 6:00 PM and finish at 7:00 PM unless otherwise stated.

This activity is for children under 12 with Autism, Dyslexia or Dyspraxia.

Balanceability will teach children the skills required to learn to ride a pedal bicycle through the use of balance bikes and other equipment. This course will eradicates the need for stabilisers and promote balance as the fundamental skill for cycling

Each week children will take part in exciting activities and challenges. Through these, children will learn to develop their balance, core stability, gross and fine motor skills and confidence. Most importantly, they will have fun


We ask that parents/carers are present at all times and are ready and able to participate with their child. Please ensure that both you and your child have suitable footwear and clothing for cycling. The sessions will be held indoors. You may also want to bring along a drink for your child.
It is recommended that all children have a fitted helmet to participate in the course. Please bring a helmet along to the programme.


Balance bikes will be provided for participants under 8 years. Participants 9 years and over will be required to bring their own bikes from week 1.
