  • What does it mean to have a balanced diet for children?
  • What does the research say about the diet in children with Autism i.e. omega 3 fats, gluten free, milk free?
  • Vitamin and mineral supplements
  • How to deal with restrictive eaters - practical tips


  • Practical demonstration -mindfulness eating to demonstrate sensory processors when eating.
  • Taster demonstration, practical recipes etc.
  • Discussion and questions.

I’m going to bring along some buns and breads with fruit and veg as an example of how to manipulate typical liked foods to make them more nutritious.
