- Basic science of sleep

- Tips on how to implement a sleep improvement plan

- Guidance on addressing common sleep issues such as : settling independently, taking a long time to fall asleep, fears, frequent waking, early rising

- Questions welcome throughout

Suzanne Brook is the founder of GoodNight Guidance; she teaches sleep training skills to parents and children of all ages, working closely with families in their own homes and on a broader level via workshops throughout Northern Ireland. Having struggled and successfully overcome 2.5yrs of chronic sleep deprivation with her first child (who had silent reflux and cow's milk protein allergy), she retrained gaining full marks in the OCN Sleep Training qualification and has since gone on to help over 170 children significantly improve how they sleep. She is passionate about teaching families the information and skills needed to help improve their child(ren)'s sleep.
